You can stop by for five minutes or a few hours.

Hilton Park is a beautiful care home in Cambridge and is an integral part of the Hilton Park Care Centre community, which consists of Hilton Park and Oaklands Care Home. The site is located in a rural setting on the outskirts of Cambridge, close to Newmarket, Ely, Granchester and Stansted.

Set in extensive grounds it enjoys a quiet, country feel with well-maintained gardens, an abundance of wildlife and accessible wheelchair pathways to covered seating areas. One of our residents even has an area in the garden to take care of his chickens.

Hilton Park offers nursing care and respite care in a variety of lounges and lovely communal areas, including a beautiful atrium-style dining room located at the very centre of the home. Our newer developments blend seamlessly with the original listed building.

Our team of highly qualified and attentive staff are always focused on the individual needs of residents, with a tailored care plan for each person. The dedication of the whole staff team is reflected in the very high standards of care and in the pleasant, welcoming and hospitable environment.

The RSPB focuses on protecting wildlife habitats, saving species and helps to end the nature and climate emergency. We offer an interactive wildlife information stand, consisting of different wildlife habitats and will be able to offer wildlife advice, talk about our conservation work, education programmes and local RSPB reserves. We will have the resources to recruit new members to the RSPB and have suggested donations of £2 for our RSPB pin badges, of which there are over 300 variations.

Save the Children is an International Charity working to improve the lives of children, we have extensive programmes in the UK. Our Families Connect Program offers 8 week courses for parents and their 3-6 year olds in deprived areas, focusing on social and emotional development as well as literacy, language and numeracy skills. Results have shown a significant improvement in confidence and skills and much improved levels of communication and enhanced learning at home .

We will be selling home made chutneys etc, buns, toys, dog toys, plants, gardeners' bits and have a fantastic tombola. All donations welcome.

This year Toni's Ices will also have an ice cream cart at the Carnival, selling delicious flavours of hard scoop dairy ice cream (Award winning!) along with sorbets suitable for vegetarians.

We are the volunteer centre for East Cambs and would like to promote volunteering and our own projects which are the social car scheme and the gardening scheme.

We would like a stall for community engagement, sharing information with local people, and with light touch engagement materials.

We would be raising awareness about the Wildlife Trust for Beds, Cambs and Northants and the work they do, such as providing information about local reserves and conservation initiatives, whilst hopefully recruiting new members to help in the Trust's mission to stop nature's decline.

We are local funeral directors, a small family business based in Fulbourn.
